The Tynte Arms Inn (known locally as just The Tynte), is a delightful traditional pub offering a wide selection of beers, ciders, real ales and wines which also offers bed and breakfast accommodation.
The inn itself dates back to 1848 and was originally 3 farmer's cottages.
The name ‘Tynte’ has been rooted in local history for many years.

In the summer we have a pleasant courtyard garden for you to enjoy, and when the weather turns cooler you will welcome the warmth of our cosy bar with its original beams, leather sofas and a real fire.
We have a comfortable dining area and an adjoining restaurant where you can sample our wide range of seriously good home cooked food served in generous portions, with plenty of space between the tables.
You'll find our menu written on a chalkboard. This enables us to change it easily according to what is available at the time and to add specials.
